WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept payment via credit/debit card and PayPal.

WHAT HAPPENS ONCE I HAVE PLACED THE ORDER?

Please check your pay pal transaction,credit card statement or your bank account to make sure you have been charged for your purchase.Once your order has been verified, It takes up to 24 hours to process your order and ship out. (excluding bank holidays and weekends). You will receive an order confirmation from us; this will be sent to the email address you provide.This will have your tracking number related to the postage serviced used. If you do not receive this please contact us at sales@reeze.co.uk

CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?

Don't worry we can sort this out for you! Just email us straight away at sales@reeze.co.uk and we can amend it or cancel the order for you and refund you straight away.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR A REPLY?

We will do our utmost to reply no longer than 24 hours.

PROMOTIONS AND DISCOUNTS

The discount/promotion code will only be accepted during the payment stage. Please enter your discount/promotion code in the box indicated on the payment page. It will not be possible to add or amend discount/promotion codes after you have completed your purchase.Please note that only one promotion code is valid per order

WHAT IF I RECEIVE A DAMAGED ITEM?

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

If you wish to return an item for a refund or exchange you must e-mail us within 14 days of receiving the item. Following confirmation of your intention to return the item, the item must be sent back to us within 14 days in its original packaging and in a sell able condition. please do not remove any tags/factory tape However, you will be responsible for the cost of the return.

When returning unwanted items, we recommend using signed for or recorded delivery as we will not be held responsible for items that we have not received. The invoice needs to be included in the packaging along with a clearly stated reason for the return and whether a refund of exchange is required.

​Please note we will only provide a full refund for the cost of the item and not the cost of delivery.

​Refunds will be made via the original payment method, within 14 days of us receiving your returned item.

If your item is faulty, we will try our best to resolve this - please see our warrant policy below.

​Only items that are not on offer can be returned/refunded unfortunately sale items can't be sent back.unless it's faulty.

​Reeze does not take any responsibility for any watches lost during the return shipping. Therefore, we would like to suggest you to use registered mail and provide us with the tracking number of your returns.

​Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

WHAT IS REEZE'S WARRANTY POLICY?

All Reeze watches comes with a 12 months manufacturer’s warranty. This means that if the watch does not work mechanically that is our responsibility. Please contact us to arrange a return and we will firstly examine the watch prior to notifying you of a repair or exchange (for the same item). This decision may take up to 30 days. Your warranty does not cover the following; wear and tear, batteries, straps, marks, chips, glass, water damage, stolen, or general misuse. We will only honour the warranty with proof of purchase, so please keep your invoice in a safe place. If you have further questions, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

​Warranty will be deemed void if the item has been damaged through unauthorised service, factors not due to defects in workmanship or materials.

​Reeze UK cannot guarantee a replacement for the same model of watch where a replacement is granted; therefore a similar style of watch or a watch of equal value may be provided.

IS MY REEZE WATCH WATER RESISTANT?

Our watches have a water resistance of 3 ATM. Please avoid all contact with water. Do not wear the watch whilst showering/ having a bath or swimming as this will cause damage. Your watch can only withstand small amounts of contact with water (e.g a little splash of rain, splash-back from hand washing). Any water damage is not covered by our warranty policy and this will void your warranty.

To keep your watch strap in good condition it is important to protect it from; water, perfumes, cosmetics, chemicals, over exposure to sunlight.
